These 55 minutes long classes are in a small group setting (1 coach per 4 members)—friendly competition and motivation while small enough to get direct attention from our coaches.These sessions are programmed weeks in advance to build muscles and strength while keeping you injury and pain-free.
The best thing is that even in a group setting, our coaches will customize the workout to your needs and goals.

CONDITIONING

Our 55-minute Conditioning Class is designed to push your endurance, improve your athletic performance, and enhance overall cardiovascular fitness—all in a high-energy environment with a maximum of 15 participants per session.

Led by expert coaches, these sessions strike the perfect balance between friendly competition and individualized coaching, ensuring you get the motivation of a group setting while still receiving personal attention.

Each class follows a progressive training structure, carefully programmed weeks in advance to develop speed, agility, power, and metabolic conditioning—all while keeping you injury and pain-free.

Our workouts are designed around the six foundational movement patterns—squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull, and carry—combined with high-intensity intervals, sled work, battle ropes, and explosive movements to elevate your endurance and athletic capacity.

DURABILITY

This 50 mins class has been designed to provide participants the tools and a systematic approach to maintain and improve the health of their joints and the tissues that support them.

Durability classes are what you could say yoga for athletes. Inevitably, each of us is subjected to the experience of aging and its detrimental impact on quality of life. The degradation of joint and tissue health are a large part of what leads to an increase in chronic pain and a reduction in function that people experience.

This group class aim at improving joint function, pain-free range of motion, stress relief breathing techniques, and quality of movement through the use of several complementary restorative modalities.
